We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

 

Return Eligibility:


The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
The item must be returned within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.
The item must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hlr@hlrfurniture.com and provide them with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item and it is verified to be in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

How to return an item?

Email us with the reason for the refund and we will respond within three business days at hlr@hlrfurniture.com.

Return Conditions

Please state the reason for the refund, if the goods are damaged in the transportation process need users to send the damaged pictures to email: hlr@hlrfurniture.com, customer service personnel will be refunded after verification, if it is for other reasons then state the reason, we support 7 days no reason to return the goods for a refund.

Seven days no reason after-sale refund.

Within 3 business days of agreeing to a refund.
